Getting a GSD!

Question
hi, i'm a 15 year old girl, who has been a dog luver ever since. I've always loved germen shepherds and i read really really alot about them, and finally i'm getting one, the problem is that my parents never agreed to get a dog, so i never actually chose a dog but i did keep dogs before. I'm really ready to get a german shepherd but i'm not sure from where is the best.

I found some advertisement, saying that there are german shepherds for sale... should i get my dog from them? The sheltre has no GSD's now.

I know that a GSD stays for 10-12 years so i guess i have to choose really carefully, i already phoned one of those advertisement, and the guy said that he keeps different kind of dogs, and that he has 2 males GSD a 1 year old and a 1 1/2 year old, i had no idea what to ask to make sure that the dogs are good and healthy...
i really need help, so if you did get a dog before
i'd appreciate any help about what to make sure that the owner is good and has healthy GSD, or atleast anything to do with getting a new dog.

THERE IS ALOT TO KNOW AND LOOK FOR BEFORE BUYING ANY BREED OF DOG FROM BREEDERS IN THE U.S.
I IMPORT MINE FROM WEST GERMANY FROM GOOD PEOPLE AND RAISE THEM INTO ADULTS I THEN BREED.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND MANY U.S. BREEDERS FOR I HAVE BEEN TAKEN AND ONE STILL OWES ME $400 OF MY MONEY.

U MUST GET A GOOD WARRANTY ON THE HIPS AND ELBOWS.  IF YOU PAY ENOUGH THE WARRANTY CAN COVER TESTICLES ON MALES, EARS TO GO UP, HEART PROBLEMS, THYROID PROBLEMS, BLEEDERS, ETC.  BUT YOUR GOING INTO THE PRICE RANGE OF PUPS AT $3500.

ASK TO SEE THE PARENTS, DO NOT BUY OLDER DOGS, RAISE A PUPPY YOUR WAY OR AT LEAST BEST U CAN.  GET NO ONE GOOD TEMPERMENT, MAKE SURE THE BREEDER CAN PRODUCE REFERENCES FOR THIS AND THAT HIS PUPS ARE GOOD AND GROW UP TO BE SOMETHING.  LOOK ON MY LITTERS PAGE OF THE QUALITY OF PUPS I SELL, ONE IS IN SEARCH N RESCUE, PHOTO DOWN THE PAGE SOME OF MY PUPPY AT 15 WEEKS OLD SEARCHING FOR PEOPLE.  I HAVE PUPS IN CA STATE TO FLORDIA.

ASK QUESTIONS AND GET ANSWERS, MAKE A LIST.  LOOK AT THE PARENTS, ARE THEN OF DEEP COLOR OF BLACK AND RED.?  IF U CANNOT VISIT, ASK FOR A VIDEO OR PHOTOS AND REFERENCES OF PEOPLE THAT OWN PUPS OF THEIRS.  IT IS A GREAT RESPONSIBILITY TO RAISE A PUPPY INTO A SUPER GOOD ADULT, IT TAKES DAILY OBEDIENCE WORK, GOOD FEEDS, VETTING, ETC.
