GSD Jumping fence

Question
WE have a 2yr 4 month old GSD who has learned to jump the fence.  He is a stray we took in and nursed back to health.
What can we do to prevent him jumping the fence.  We both work so we can't be at home with him during the day.  If we can't resolve we will likely turn him over to the GSD rescue.  We will not give him to the animal control.

Answer
Once a dog learns it can jump the fence, it will never hold him.  You can try to make it higher, or add an electric wire.  You can add an invisible fence inside it.  You could shut him in the house with giving him at break mid day somehow.  You can leave him at doggy day care.
