what to feed 4 month german shepherd

i have a 4 month german shepherd and i was wondering when is a good time to switch to regular dog food?

Answer
I would switch as soon as you run low in puppy chow.  The early switch to adult chow allows the joints more time develop under less stress.  Along with keeping the dog lean, it is very successful in producing sturdy joints.  Usually it is easy keeping Shepherds lean.
