Training Obedience

Question
From Beginners classes for puppies how long does it take to obtain a Title and what is the first title my puppy can work for.  Then what do I work for next?  How long does all this take, yes I know it depends on the dog but also the classes held.  I want to know how far I can go in Obedience or try for something else to work my puppy up to in the working fields?  Name some.

Nobody knows everything.  You can know how to train a dog without knowing how long it takes others.  My current 4 month old is already doing well with the basic commands.  

Besides obedience, you can do agility plus some specialized German Shepherd stuff.
