my 13 month old brindle boxer

My 13 month old boxer recently started to sleep a lot more and his nose is always dry also he has been making this weird noise with his nose like as if he where a human with allergies. I am just wondering if you had any suggestions/he  always has food and water and when hes not sleep he is usually eating or drinking he just looks out of it sometimes.

It's probably worth a vet check; it may be nothing at all (the noise you describe may be "reverse sneezing", which is completely benign) and a dry nose isn't a problem unless it's usually not dry.  The fact that he's eating and drinking is goo.  However, a lack of activity for a 13-month old is not normal, so it's best to have him checked out.
