How many cups should I feed my boxer?

I have a one year old fawn male boxer. We just weighed him at 29 kilos. I am feeding him Eukanuba Adult Lamb and Rice. They recommend giving him 250 grams a day.  It seems so little that I'm afraid I might be underfeeding him. Should I give him more than what is recommended?

It is always best to feed the recommended label amount for an adult weighing between 65-75 lbs. If you are seeing the dogs ribs then you can give more food. You should feel the ribs but not see them. You will have to adjust the food accordingly. If you are seeing his ribs add an additional cup per day to see if that solves the problem, if that doesn't solve the problem then I'd change foods.
