Question
We just got a white boxer pup and he has a deaf problem and I would like to know how we can train him?

Answer
Hello Autumn,

I assume you mean by 'deaf problem' that he is completely deaf?  Has he been BAER tested or were you told this by his owners?

If he is bilaterally deaf, you'll need to use hand signals to train him.  A very good source of information is the Deaf Dog Education Action Fund web page...

I don't know what you specifically mean by training so it's hard to give you any tips.  Deaf dogs learn with hand signals just as hearing dogs do.  You can come up with your own using American Sign Language or use the more common obedience hand signals which any instructor should be able to teach you.

Some good sources for ASL...

Dogs are not born knowing language and only learn the sounds of words, not the definitions.  They are, however, born with the ability to read body language which makes it easier for them to follow signs.  The hardest part will be teaching yourself.

Good luck!
