Removed from mother too soon?

I just got a wk old Boston Terrier Puppy.  Did the breeder remove these puppies from their mother too soon?  What can I do for her to help her adjust so early?

How old is the puppy? you don't mean 1 week old do you if so the puppy needs milk replacment for puppies avalible throu vets/pet shops every three hours then every four then at around 4 weeks start offering soaked hard food mashed with a fork or spoon or canned food along with the milk.
