Hi Juan , Do you see any fleas on this Boston?  Any kind of bugs at all -  I know your country is VERY HOT..
Do you haved any VETs in your area?  I am wondering if she may have Mange.
If so, she will need the VET to give you some Antibiotics.

For now, clean the area with a baby soap and water 2 x per day - and PAT dry well.
