Help! My Cat!!!

Ok-so this might seem pretty random, and you may not have any clue what to do-but our kitten just got stuck inside of our roof. We can't see where she is. We found two holes though, one on each side of the house. Can you think of any ways to get her out without completely dimolishing the roof?

Hi, Laurie.  Try calling her and leaving her some tuna.  You know how smelly that is, and a cat's sense of smell is 14 times more sensitive than ours.  So she should be able to smell it from wherever she is.  That's what I use in the live traps I use when I trap stray and feral cats to be spayed or neutered.  There's not one it hasn't worked on, yet!

Also, if you feed her canned food, try popping a lid open near one of the holes.  If she eats dry food, try pouring some into a bowl near one of the holes.  Hopefully, she'll respond to that sound.  

If everything else fails, call your local animal officer or fire department.  They should be able to help.
