Questionwe have a cat in our home that was raised in our home since birth. He has been fixed and had shots. But we now have another older was brought into the ho;me due to a death in a friends family.The cats are having a hard time getting along. the older cat like to chase the younger cat around the house and the younger cat runs from it. i forgot to mention. the younger one is smaller built.
How do we work with these cats so they get so they get along better, or is it going to take time. Help!! Pat

If they are playing chase, all is well, even if it ends up in a "fight".
The best thing to do with the cats is to leave them be to sort it out betweeen themselves. Any human intervention is counter productive and will elongate the adjustment period.
So, the best thing to do is nothing!!!!! Time will be all that is needed.
