cats spraying

Question
my cat is 10 months old and should have been spayed, my fault I guess guilt.  But she is spraying on my laundry and nowhere else.  Dirty, clean she is spraying on my laundry!  I am beyond upset, I know she has to be spayed but is there anything I can do until then.  Appointment is in 3 weeks please help me.

Hey Jessica,

If I were you , I would call my vet, tell them of this problem and maybe they will take her sooner.  Otherwise, you may need to confine her.  I hope that having her spayed will do the trick,  but please realize that sometimes once they start to spray, it will continue.  This is not always the case, though. If it is the laundry that she is spraying, then keep your bedroom door closed or whatever you have to do to keep her away from it.  If she is doing this when you are gone, then confine her to the bathroom with food, water and cat litter.  Do whatever you have to do to keep her away from your laundry.  Hopefully, after she is spayed , this bad habit will stop.
