Question
Hi Jessica,

Thanks for the prompt reply. You've been very helpful. I'll get her vaccinated soon.
When should kittens be sterilized?
One more question, my Siamese cat who's one and a half years old, she gets scared very easily. Can it be cured?

Thanks for the help.
Best regards,
Vicka

Answer
I'm sorry for my delay in answering.

As for the kittens, most vets recommend sterilization between 6 and 9 months, but it's safe for kittens as young as 8 weeks, as long as they weigh two pounds or more.  I personally ensure that all my cats are sterilized by 4 months of ago.  I've seen cats sexual mature that young, and I'd hate incurr the risks that come along with heat (mammary cancer, pregnancy) and spraying, etc.

The Siamese, some cats just are timid.  It has a lot to do with personality.  Just try to keep things as slow and quiet around her as possible.  If find Siamese are extremely sensitive to what goes on in their surroundings.  Other than that, it may just take some time for her to relax a little.  They emotionally mature around 2 years old, so she has still got some developing to do.
