my new mixed kitten

Hi Karen, I just got two kittens and they are brothers.  There father is Siamese.  Now I was just wondering one of them is very mellow.  The little guy though on the other hand is very high strung and bites all the time.  Whether he is biting his brother or me he bites.  I would like to know if this is because of the breed or is he seeking attention or what is going on?  Other than that he is such a sweet little guy.

Hi Kate,

It might be that he is afraid of his new situation. You are going to have to try to relax him. Try a product called Feliway Comfort Zone. It acts as a kitty tranquilizer. This should calm him down. When you are with him give him special treats. If he starts to act up blow in his face. This will startle him and break that behavior. But most of all, he just needs time to get used to his new home.
