Sick kitten!

I adopted a sick kitten yesterday while at the humane society picking up my new puppy, Roxie.  It was found in the middle of the road and the humane society turned it away and said to go to animal control; which was when I stepped in.
I've never cared for a sick kitten before, and I can't get to the vet until Saturday.  She's got green guck in her eyes and nose, she's coughing, sneezing, and having trouble breathing (it sounds like when a child has bronchitis!).  She's not more than 4 weeks old, she will neither eat the wet kitten food nor kitten milk I offered her.  She hasn't touched the water either. I turned on the shower to have the steam try to break up the mucas, it seemed to work a little.  I also put kitten saline in her eyes which helped her open her eyes significantly.
But she's in pretty good spirits!  While I was laying on the floor watching her, she climbed up on my leg, up to my shoulder, and attempted to jump on my head!  
I just don't know what to do because she won't eat!  She's got tiny teeth coming in and she's hasn't relieved herself since I've had her.  I picked up a small saline syringe (without the needle) while at the drug store today.  Should I try to squirt some milk in her mouth?  I'm so worried!

I went throught the same thing your are going through about a week ago,If you got her kitten milk what kind did you get her???? try kmr(kitten milk replacment) with the bottle and if she wont take it by the bottle then give it to her in the syringe.She most likey has upper resp. infection and a eye infection like mine did.When you give her the milk try .5ccs and if she takes that you can give her more.she should be fed every 2-4 hours. make her feel at home by making her a little box with a heating pad under a towel to warm her up because her temp could be low,cats temps are normally 100-101.1.cuddle with her and call her funny names to make her feel more at home.Also try to have her sleep with you at night because of our body temp would be like her mothers.
