Answer
You need to take your cat to the vet or to an animal shelter right now. If your cat has been hit by a vehicle and you have not taken it in for medical care and someone finds him in this condition, you could face criminal charges for animal abuse and neglect. Give him to a shelter if you can't provide him a good quality of life. Take your cat to the vet and make payment arrangements on the bill. Your minor expense now could save this animals life!

If the accident is an old issue, and he has received proper medical care, the next serious issue we face is his apparent round or tape worm infestation.

Your cat has intestinal, parasitic worms. These worms will eat away at your cat's intestinal lining until one of two things happens; the worms will either increase in number until the intestine ruptures under the strain, or the parasites will wear an ulcer in your cat's intestines.

It can also cause can cause liver, lung and brain damage when the young worms begin to migrate to other parts of the body.

Whatever the course of this infestation, your cat could die without a simple, inexpensive medicine from your vet.

There is a routine check your veterinarian will perform, which should cost you no more than $30, and a few pills to "deworm" your cat, which should cost no more than $15.

Please, spend $50 to save your friend.
