lumps on kittens throat

hi there my new kitten is 9 weeks old and I have noticed she has about six little spot like lumps on the left side of her throat what could this be

Many of those cases may be larger lumps; one of them describes a parasite which leaves lumps beneath the skin, often beneath chin. But regardless of the possibilities, I must suggest your kitten see the vet right away. Only a veterinary exam can determine for sure what is going on, if its serious, or if a medication is necessary. So please see your vet.
