Question
My 7 half month kitten has been nibling at my Dracaena plant for the past two days.  I read early tonight that they are poiseness to cats 'toxic' even and I don't know what to do.  She has had bouts of sickness and is off her food. so not like her.  She is usually fit and healthy and not long been spaded with no complications or problems.

Answer
Hi Georgia,

If your kitten is not eating, you should make an appointment with a vet as soon as possible, as in first thing tomorrow morning.  You should never chance and wait when your cat could be poisoned.  If it's severe enough, it can cause organ damage.  Take your kitten to a vet and throw the plant away!  If you have live plants, *always* research them to ensure they're not poisonous before bringing pet(s) into the home.  And if you don't know what the plant is, throw it away.
