blood in pee

a kitten we just recently got, she is about 4 wks old and does not eat.  She was drinking from a bottle, but today 1-10-07 she does not eat and it seems like she is peeing blood what could this be?

If she's peeing blood it could be a urinary tract infection.  At four weeks old it is very concerning that she is not eating, since cats can't go very long without doing so or they become very sick - young cats especially so.  You should take her to your vet as soon as possible.  As young as she is she could bet sick very quickly, so getting medical attention is important.
