Cleaning himalayans eyes

Hi, just wondering what is the easiest/quickest cleaner to use when cleaning the eyes of cats that tear. My cat hates it & tries to squirm away when I clean her eyes, so the quicker the better! :)

Surprisingly, Refresh, the human product, is excellent if you do it every day and use a soft clean cloth for eye cleaning.

Follow it with a treat like meat baby food (strained meat and broth, no added ingredients).
