Cat acting odd

My cat threw up this morning and it was clear. When I found him he was
laying in his litter box. Every time I've tried to pet him or inspect him, he's
curled up or run away. I'm concerned that a new cleaning item Ive used is
making him ill. It's the clorox anti allergen spray, but everytime I use it, I
make sure it dries before he goes anywhere near the area I've sprayed.any
ideas?

You need to have the vet look at him to rule out health issues. We can't assume that its the cleaning agent, and even if it is, he needs to be looked over by a professional.
Never clean the litterpan with anything other than plain dish soap and water. That is sufficient and safest.
