poisoning

my 13 yr. old male cat has not eaten all day he started vomiting this afternoon and he also had a loose bowel movement with blood in it. Im afraid hes been poisoned he goes to the vet tomorrow. His sister died of the same symtoms 2 weeks ago. Could it be poison?

I'm really sorry, it is hard to tell via the Internet- I'm very glad that you're taking him to the vet.. has he gotten into anything he shouldn't have to make you think he might be poisoned?

With those symptoms it could be several things, all of them serious. It really is best to get him to the vet as soon as possible.

Sending you positive thoughts that it is nothing serious and the poor little guy is feeling better soon.
