my cat has a sore on her neck that has stuff coming from it she keeps licking it do you know what it might be

My best guess would be that she has an abscess. Probably from a bite from another animal. Pour some hydrogen peroxide on it periodically to flush out the gunk and infection. Now that it has broken, it should heal if she keeps it open and lets it heal from the inside out.

If it closes and you notice the cat seems ill then take her to the vet to have it re-opened and drained. The abscess closes and the infection underneath makes the cat sick. She then would need antibiotics.

You might want to play it safe and take her to the vet anyway and get her some antibiotics.
