Hello - I have a pregnant siamese who is 2 years old and is on day 54 of her pregency. This is her 1st pregency. She is fine eating, sleeping and playing well, but I cannot see or feel any kittens moving about. She never seems at sleep on her back or side for me to examine or feel her properly, so it is difficult to feel any movement.

You can take her to your vet and get her ultra-sounded and X-rayed to see if there is anything there. Yes, cats can have false pregnancies, but it is not usual. The more usual scenario is that the kittens get reabsorbed by mama. This would be your best bet.
