fluid filled sack on kitten

I adopted a kitten from the SPCA 4 months ago.I noticed a soft fluid sack on his stomach but I lwasn't concerned since nothing was said about it.I figured it was a cyst.IHhe was recently nuetured there and the vet never mentioned it.Should I be concerned?

I would go back to the vet and ask about it. The fact that the vet missed it while doing the neutering does not mean the vet even noticed it. It may be nothing, but it could be serious.  I am not a vet, but, were it my kitty, I would want to be certain there was no real problem.
