Feeding my 6 month Kitten

Question
Hi, I've read loads of advice about feeding twice a day, or leaving out dry food for her to snack on, and I'm slightly confused. I'd like to get Sophie eating 2 meals, but I'm concerned if I lift her food she may not be getting enough to eat. She's a rescue and is quite clingy. She'll eat a bit when I put her food down, but as soon as I leave the kitchen she follows me for hugs, which is nice, but it means I am just leaving her food down all morning and overnight. Is it ok for her to eat in bits? She's getting a mix of dry and wet.

Answer
Well Amanda, yes, it is ok to leave dry down all day.  Don't leave out wet ( canned ) all day.  Give her a 1/8 of a can of wet - or about 2-3 tablespoons 2 x per day.
Also, to keep her healthy and strong please look into the NuVET Feline Formula - here is the link
