Breeding after a litter and inline breeding

"The recommendation is that there should be at least 20 weeks between litters."  I read this about breeding cats after a litter but what if my cat just had two stillborns?  Also would it be OK if I bred a female to her grandfather?

I am sorry about the still born kittens. I would not recommend breeding from this cat until she has had a full examination from a veterinarian to make sure that she does not have any infections or clinical problems surrounding reproduction.
Also 20 weeks in a minimum to allow the cat to recover from the full pregnancy.
The fact that she had two still born suggests she did not go full term or was injured during pregnancy. You need to try to workout which one before you mate her again.
Now mating to her grandfather is not recommended unless she is a small numbered breed or you are trying to confirm a trait or type. If neither of these reasons exist then it is not recommended to mate her this way.
