puppy eating cat feces

Question
I have a 3 month old lab. We have a fenced in yard how ever I can't let my pup out without a leash because my neighbors cats use my yard for a bathroom. How do I discourage my dog from eating the feces ? I am so frustrated. There seems to be no roaming cat laws and the neighbor isn't someone you can talk to with out getting cussed at. Thanks.

make sure its not the cat feces he is eating and not his own.

if its his own, you can use some ACCENT (found in the grocery store) and sprinkle it on his food.

As far as cats getting into your fenced yard, DO speak to the neighbor, if not call the local shelter and they can have someone come out and explain the local cat laws.
