Best dog clippers?

Hi Jennifer - I have a big shaggy Golden Retreiver and want to give him his summer trim.  I've been looking on eBay - there are lots of dog clippers - which one do you think is best ?

  Oster looks like a good brand -  what size blade would work best?

I am not a groomer so I can not answer your question appropriately.  At work we use Oster clippers for surgery.  A 40 blade will take it to the skin and a 10 will leave a very small amount of hair.  I do not know what blade to tell you to use for a Golden--your best bet is to consult a Dog Groomer.
