I think my dog was stung on or around the eye by a bee. What should I do to remedy the situation?

Hi John!  If your dog is swollen around that area, that would mean that your dog is having a reaction to the sting.  You can give 1mg per pound of Benadryl every 8 hours. So for example, if your dog weighs 50 pounds, you would give 50 mg of Benadryl. If the swelling has not decreased by tomorrow, a vet visit would be necessary to get a steroid injection to reduce the reaction.
