Question
How much A, D and E can a cat tolerate?  I was just wondering cuz I noticed some supplements for cats have 100,000 IU of vit A for example
or human doses of vit E
thanks

Answer
If the supplement is labeled specifically for a cat, then follow the label guidelines.  A, D and E are all fat-soluble vitamins and you do not want to supplement beyond the recommended label dose.  I do not normally recommend A & D unless in a multi-cat-vitamin.  You can give Vitamin E at a dose of 1 to 2 mg per pound daily.
