Unusual Behavior in our Bishon

Question
We are concerned about a sudden change in the behavior of our Bishon. She is 3 years old, about 9 lbs and seemingly healthy. Yesterday, she seemed extremely excitable, unable to sit still and occasionally shaking. Appetite comes and goes and seems to be getting restless sleep. My wife said her nose was warm and she seemed a little warm.

I would recommend a trip to the vet to have some blood work (CBC and Chemistry Screen with Electrolytes) done to rule out any underlying problems.  And if she has had any ticks on her, or is exposed to ticks where you live, then I would recommend having her tested for Lyme Disease.  This could also be something viral.
