Breathing problems

My 13 yr old Poodle is wheezing and not breathing well, I can tell she is in distress. She weighs 4 lbs and is there anything i can use until i can get her to a vet? It is not constant it comes and goes, she is having no problems eating or any other symtoms.

Get her to the vet.  Poodles are very prone to congestive heart failure and collapsing trachea, therefore, there isn't anything you can do at home.  You need a vet to listen to her heart and lungs to make a diagnosis and get the proper treatment.  I would also recommend a chest x-ray.
