what causes my dog to have what seems to be a rash on her eye lids when it dry it scabs up than bleeds a little. swelling also occurs plus red eye what can i do to cure her & is she in any pain?

Sincere apologies for the delayed response.  A family situation had me unavailable for a time unexpectedly.

There can be many causes of rashes or dermatitis in dogs including  allergies, parasites and infection primarily.  If the problem has continued I would suggest a visit to your veterinarian.  They can do a skin scrape to check for mites and other parasites, prescribe antibiotics to help with infections and if none of these seems to be present help with dietary changes in case of food allergy.
