eat and drink

My cat had an intestinal tumor removed 3 days ago and she came home yesterday. She refuses to eat or drink anything and has lots of swelling in her tummy along with a lump. My vet who did the surgery is too busy with other patients to contact me back at this point and I am at a loss of what to do. My cat sits under a bed and responds to nothing. I am very worried but dont know what to do?

Heather - Please go to the vet and bring her in.  Your vet should have taken your phone call!  She needs to drink and will need some SC or I.V fluids because she will dehydrate.  Let your vet know you are upset with them.  This is serious and they should have helped you.
Let me know what happens... Please, take her in.... Don't even make an appointment...DEMAND to be seen .
