Skin Bumps on small dog

Question
I have a malteese dog nearly 7 years old, and about 4 lbs.  She is developing cyst like bumps on her skin.  Someone told me dogs can get warts, but these look like soft tissue, not like a human ward would.  Our family has never had warts, so
1) What can I put on them to heal them, and get rid of them
2) Can we get them from her
3) Is she lacking something in her diet
4) Can I use the product sold for human warts
5) How do I know if it is a wart, or cancer, or what else could these round growths be.  She has about 5, and she tries to bite at them.
6) Could she have got them from the groomer, since she would use clippers on all animals, and admits to knicking her a few times.
My dog has never been with other dogs, or running loose in the grass, she is an indoors dog, other than walks, but we keep her on a leash and doesn't even go to the bathroom along the way.  She waits till she comes home.

Answer
Hi Brenda - I have a Maltese too!  I don't think Maltese dogs get warts...it is more in the Pit bulls and other bull dog breeds.
Maltese dogs can get yeast infections, and fatty cysts.
I have some supplements we can try - YOU can also take her to the vet for a look.

Let me know if you want the supplements...

OK
