pet bird

Question
Our 5 1/2 y/o male eclectus had a blood test Fri to find that he has high potassium (7.2). He has acted funny the last 3x that he had his wings and nails clipped. Standing but slightly hunched over, motionless,wings and mouth slightly open,dazed and the last time had a clenched foot.After the blood test, his blood was very very difficult to clot. We are waiting for the vet to get back to us.
Any help would be appreciated.

I am sorry but I don't do pet birds as per my profile. They are not one of my areas of expertise. I am guessing he has gotten over each of these episodes, but you really need to post this to one of the vets that does do pet birds.
