Question
I have a 6 month old kitten that we have had for about 4 months.  after we got her, she started getting watery goop in her eyes.  they are always crusty now, and just recently, we noticed what looks like a blood pocket in one of her eyes.  Both eyes still dialate like normal.  shes a very small kitten and does not eat very much, she sleeps most of the time and still sucks on anything soft.  We have an appointment for the vet but now we dont know if we should wait now that the blood pocket has shown up.  Please help!

Answer
Her eyes should not be crusty all the time. She should have clear, healthy eyes at this age.
Has she been tested for Leukemia, FIV, FIP or any other disease? Underweight, weak and small kittens are generally that way because there is a problem with them, either they are ill with one of the above diseases or they have a digestive problem that isn't allowing them to grow properly.

You need to keep your veterinary appointment and get her in soon. Since I don't know where in her eye this 'pocket' is I really cannot tell you much about it. Some cats and dogs get a little bubble in the eye that is very red and is called 'cherry eye' but it is the orbital gland prolapsing. It is not an emergency and usually requires surgery to make it stay in place, but some vets can just turn it right side out and it will stay.
However, they are very uncommon in cats and with her general health I would be more concerned about the above mentioned problems.

Get her into the vet and have her looked over and tested.
