Weasing throat congestion

My 11yr old yorkie is having difficulty breathing. Temp is normal nose is normal. Ever since he was debarked(mistake) he suffers from anxiety attacks and sore throat and as a result weases all day and night long. Can you help.

You dog sounds like that because of the procedure that was done. His throat is not sore, but he may be having other breathing issues such as a collapsing trachea.
How long has this been going on? If this dog is eleven and he was debarked at a young age there is no chance this is from that.

Your dog needs to see the vet for a work-up and a lung and throat check up. If he has a collapsing trachea it is not from the debark either. It is very common in older small dogs.

Make an appointment for him asap.
