My dobie has gas!!!

My 12 1/2 year old dobie has had really bad foul smelling gas for a few days, she acts perfectly healthy other than that.  Is there a supplement that u can give to them to lessen the gas.  I read somewhere to try yogurt, which i am going to purchase tonight for her.
