kitten ear problem

My new kitten has a small gray growth in her ear. It is very odd looking. She does have earmites which I am treating. It is very small. I am very worried about it. thank you!

Many kittens get polyps in their ears.  I would recommend that you treat the ear mites first, then have the ears thoroughly examined to see what this might be.  Often when the ear mites are gone, the ear canal settles down and it may look normal.  If there is a polyp, in young kittens they are easily removed.
