Hi Hilary!I have a 2.5 year old Rott/Lab mix female. She has never mated but about a
week ago I spotted some milk leaking from one of her breasts. She seems
fine otherwise and since then leaking has stopped. I am concerned if I
should be worried or if it is nothing. Any info will be helpful.

Hi there!  This should definately be checked by your veterinarian.  Unspayed females can go through false pregnancies, hormone problems or even mammary tumors that can cause this.  I would definately recommend a physical examination by your veterinarian to ensure that there are no problems causing this symptom.
