my dog is not eating

Hei, is me again.Thanks for the previous answer you gave it to me. I use to have a puppy with canine distemper and i have seen her having seizure which really fear me off. The vet recommend me to put her to sleep if i dont want my dog to suffer cause the vet cant help her no more. Im indeed very sad. That is why i know what exactly distemper is about. I cant forgive myself from being such a cruel owner. I hate myself on what i hav done. But this time , no matter how, i wont give up so easily.
My dog's appetite had gone down since the day i wrote to you. The vet (new vet with more experience)gave him an injection to bring up her appetite but still she is not eating that much. Luckily she is drinking a lot. My question is , how to actually force a dog to eat? Is it opening her mouth and put the food in? I really dont know how. I can see her getting better because she starts playing now and she is not coughing that often  but how come she doesn't eat much? Is it because of her getting bored with the same food? Do u have any receipe which u think is helpful. Can i give her chicken because she likes chicken a lot. Im very scared if she doesnt eat at all then she wont be strong enough to fight the disease. Can i bring her to take a stroll in a playground.Im affraid that will be another secondary infection again.Does my dog need any exercises? She is sleeping and resting most of the time.
If she stop coughing and eat well , will she still get any seizure in the future?

Hi Patrice!  I think this somehow got sent twice..sometimes the site does odd things!
