14yr old dog ang fatty tumor on leg

Hi,  This is the 2nd time my dog gets a tumor on her leg.  This one is on the other leg.  Anyway i really can't afford another surgery.  I was reading the turmeric might help make the tumor shrink and even go away.  Do you know if this is okay and how much i should give her?  She is about 60lbs. I also read the comment about using Noni product.  How do you use it?  Do i have her drink it and how much? Thank you. Sandra

Hi Sandra,  I know the Turmeric can help reduce swelling and inflammation in areas.  As far as Noni Juice, I do not use this on my pets or refer to the product.

First off, go to your local vitamin/health store and get some Turmeric pills -

Turmeric Typical Dosage

A standardized extract of turmeric supplying 400 - 600 mg of curcumin can be taken three times per day in capsules or tablets for a large sized dog...  
( or at least 2 capsules per day)
( *I would start him on 2 per day :) With FOOD...

Make sure you always serve this herb with "food"....
( it can upset the belly ---if not given with food ) ************


Turmeric can be found at many stores that carry vitamins and herbs for Humans.

HOPE the Turmeric helps... It may take a few weeks to see results.
Give the NuVET plus supplement a try too!  ( you can see results in about 2-3 weeks with the NuVET)
