QuestionI know that you said you deal with dogs so I don't know if you will be able to awnser my question but I thought I might give it a try. I have two cats that scream the whole time we are in the car and I'm moving from Phoenix, Az to Medford, OR I don't know what i can do to calm them down. Do you know of any way that it would be possible?

AnswerIf there is anybody listed here under cats, they may be able to do better than I can. Last I looked, Patt was the only other one listed under travel with pets. I have read many of her answers on another site, and I have very little confidence in her.
You could talk to your vet. Likely you want them up to date on shots and to take their medical records. I am not quick to suggest drugs, but may be best in this case.
Another thing I don't like to do is use one site to recommend another. There are friendly, helpful people that know cats at http://www.talkpets.com/ All Experts can be a good site for info if you find a good expert to ask. Most of the other general Q&A sites are dominated by people whose desire to post answers exceeds their knowledge. For good info, you best bet is to find a specialized site like talk pets for you subject.
