Transport dog from Mexico to Germany

My dog already has the vaccines and microchip but I don't know where to obtain the needed health certificates, one to leave Mexico and one to enter Germany, how much is it, where can I get it and how long does it take? Please help! Thank you!

I suggest you visit:  www.ipata.com   contact a member firm in
Mexico.  Has the dog had the blood test for titre level?  Must wait
at least 3 mos after the blood draw.
You might contact the German embassy or consulate near you.
Avoid so called 3rd party pet shippers in USA   They will only take
your money......
