Send my dog to my sister in Germany

I have a small dog and would like to send it to my sister, who lives in Germany. What are the requirements, prices and how does this whole thing work?

Hello,
Your must have shots to date, Rabi also, and a ten day good health certificate with a temperature control paper signed by the vet.  To ship a puppy from Germays to states it is $560.00  That is about it, it will be held in customs for maybe 2 hours to be checked also.  Good luck
