exporting pet dogs into uk from usa

Question
our two pet dogs have iso micro chips and up todate rabies vacinations. They are having blood tests in two weeks for checking rabies titre levels. subject to sucessful result ,Is there a six month wait rule before they can be shipped into uk ?If so is there a way of going through another country ie france?

There MUST be a 6 month wait from the date of blood draw (assuming
successful titre results)  No way around this.  Why are you waiting
for two weeks?
Visit the DEFRA website.  I have a link to them from my www.
Going thru another EU country will NOT expedite this.
