hi i have just setup a red sea max 130d about 2weeks ago. i have 20kg of live rock i h ave noticed today that i have little white things running up and down my glass, there must be thousands of then are they gud for the tank.

Relax and enjoy. I'm 99.9% sure that what you are seeing are Pods, Copepods and/or Amphipods. There are 1000's of species and they are a HUGE part of your clean-up crew. They are the janitors you seek, They feed on waste, detritus, particulate matter. They are a sign that you have a healthy system developing. A new set-up is always great to watch develop.
