Please help me!!!!

QUESTION: I am having a big problem and it started yesterday. I have a saltwater tank 60gallons and it was pretty dirty, so I cleaned it yesterday took out about 15gal and scrapped glass
(a little of a redslime problem) we have an RO system and thats what I use for my water, made sure salinity was good and refilled tank. Now one of my favorite fish are dead and Nemo is about to die, all my mushrooms and corals look horrible and I checked all my nitrate, ammonia, pH, ect. and it was all Great!
Please if you could give me a little expert advice on what I can do today to fix my problem before all my fish and corals die. Thank you in advance soo much for your help and timely attention to my problem!

ANSWER: What did you mix your water in? Is it the same container you always use, could the container get contaminated with another foreign matter? I really don't have an answer for you, unless you can give me some specifics. According to you all is ok and really nothing should have done this. Let me know, I will be leaving for vacation soon.

QUESTION: Yes, I mixed it in the same container and as far as all the tests go like ammonia, nitrate, ph, ect everything is fine, but from the look of all my corals and fish look horrible. Please help!

You may have some kind of parasite, not really sure without seeing what is going on. Can you send a photo, and also can you bring some water to a LFS to get tested. I really want to help, try to post your message with a couple of the other experts also.
